Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. announced that it will hold the "NISSAN MOTORSPORTS EXHIBITION 2008", an annual event to promote Nissan motorsports activities, at the Red Brick Warehouse and Yokohama Marine Disaster Prevention Complex over the weekend of March 1st and 2nd. The star attraction of this free event is likely to be the Nissan GT-R demo-runs, marking a comeback of GT-R to the GT500 class of the SUPER GT series after a five-year absence.

Nissan has a long and proud heritage in motorsports as demonstrated by products such as the historic GT-R (production model) and Skyline GT-R race cars, which will go on display at the Red Brick Warehouse main venue. Adding to the race day excitement, special ‘‘pitwork demos’’ will be staged. For Nissan racing enthusiasts, Nissan Collection merchandise will be on sale. Children are also looked after with a dedicated kids zone with various attractions.
